Speaker Request Form

If you would like to have Judge Mathis speak at your next event, please complete the seminar request form. With this information, we will check the availability of the Judge’s schedule to determine if he is available on the date or dates that you are requesting. Please note that although the Judge does donate his services to many organizations, his standard fee structure generally ranges from $7,500.00 to $15,000.00, although consideration will be given to all honorariums offered. Additionally, the Judge requires a first class plane ticket for himself, a coach plane ticket for his assistant, hotel and ground transportation for both.
