If you suspect that someone has committed marriage fraud, you may report it by calling the Immigration and Naturalization Service, otherwise known as the INS. In order to prove fraud, you must show that the married spouses never intended to reside together or have sexual relations with one another. Such a claim, however, can be extremely difficult to prove, so make sure you have your facts in order.
